Returns + Exchanges

We are a small operation and currently ship all orders on Wednesday and Friday. As we grow we will add additional days to our shipping schedule.

All returns must be authorized by SISU- we ask that all tags are still attached and the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), scuffs, tears, snags, pet hairs, and mysterious smells. Any returned items must be in "saleable condition". All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached. unaltered, undamaged, and in the original packaging (of course the seal may be broken on the packaging). 

Return requests are processed Monday - Thursday 10 AM-5 PM EST.

Any returns received more than 21 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt.

***There are no returns for products purchased and received at trunk shows. However, those items may be exchanged within 21 days.

How to Return

For all orders of $100 and over within the US, one return shipping label per order is on us! We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you need to exchange or return your item, please email Rajaton@Sisu-TheBrand.com to notify us of your return. 

We will send you a return label and instructions. Print all the pages, securely attach the shipping label and remove all other labels from the shipping box. Pack your return securely with the original packaging if possible, and please include your original packing slip.

Once your return has arrived, please allow 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed. We’ll send you an email once the refund is on its way. Please note that refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Preorders

Our pre-order products are made in limited quantities and are made to order. To reserve the item for you, we charge your card upfront to avoid any future interruptions related to card expiration or replacement. Your item will ship within a few days of the date indicated on the individual product page.
